School Day
School begins at 09:00 and teachers are ready to receive children from 08:45. The school day ends at 15.15pm, with flexible pick up until 15:45pm.
Lunch is provided from 12:15 and, if children require a nap during the early afternoon, there are facilities for sleeping, but this is not mandatory. The
receptionist will be in contact with further information. These times are subject to change.
Please ensure, as far as is reasonably possible, that your child is not late for school and that family holidays are taken outside term time. Apart from missing important teaching and social time, it can be upsetting for a child to arrive after the rest of the class has settled or to miss school. Also, good habits are formed now; attendance and punctuality are both a virtue and a courtesy to others, especially when working as part of a group or team.
Wednesdays: In common with Monaco’s custom, there are no lessons on Wednesday afternoons and children may be collected either before or after lunch. This is
customarily an opportunity for private activities for children and meetings for school staff. The Primary and Secondary School secretaries will ask that you advise them of when you wish to collect your children.
